MyICC is your student portal to register for classes, check due dates, pay online, and view your schedule and grades. It's important to log in to MyICC and check your contact information. For password assistance contact the Service Desk at servicedesk@icc.edu or call 309-694-5457.
Log in
To log in to MyICC, go to my.icc.edu and enter your username and eServices password you received in your email account. For best experience, use Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome to access eServices.

Change Password
Once logged in to your eServices account, click the Main Menu option (upper-left corner), and select My System Profile.
On the General Profile Information screen, there is a Change Password option, as well as an option to setup password help, where you will be prompted to select a security question and provide a response. Passwords are required to be at least eight characters long and contain a minimum of one number, one special character, one lowercase, and one uppercase letter.
