Employee Handbook

 Purpose 

This Handbook is designed to provide guidance on certain personnel policies and benefits of Illinois Central College (the “College” or “ICC”) and to acquaint all employees with many of the policies concerning employment with the College. If you have any questions concerning eligibility for a particular benefit or the applicability of a policy or practice to you, address your specific questions to your manager/supervisor or the Human Resources Department at hr@icc.edu.
