Microsoft Outlook is used for email, calendar, contacts, and meeting invitations. You can access Outlook using a web browser, desktop app, or mobile device.
Outlook is the primary tool for business email and scheduling.
Getting Started
Step 1: Sign in to Microsoft 365
- Open a web browser and go to:
https://mail.icc.edu
- Sign in using your work email address and password
✅ Be sure you are signing in with your work account, not a personal Microsoft account.
Step 2: Understand the Outlook Layout
- Inbox – Where your email messages appear
- Calendar – Meetings and appointments
- Contacts (People) – Company and personal contacts
- Search Bar – Quickly find emails or people

Send an Email
- Select New mail
- Enter the recipient, subject, and message
- Select Send
Schedule a Meeting
