Your New OneAccess Account

Didn’t get your OneAccess welcome email?

ICC is moving students to new Microsoft 365 accounts with built-in Single Sign-On (SSO).

Your new OneAccess account will be your key to many ICC systems, including:

• Microsoft 365
• Local ICC Lab Logins
• Canvas
• Workday
• Campus Solutions (PeopleSoft)
• Student Email
• Other ICC online services

We invite you to switch early so you can start using all the tools included with your student Microsoft 365 A3 license.

Why Switch Early?

When you claim your new OneAccess account, you’ll unlock:

• Office apps online (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and more)
• OneDrive cloud storage for class files and projects
• Microsoft Teams for collaboration and online meetings
• Seamless sign-in (SSO) to Canvas, Workday, and other ICC systems

You will use one ICC username and password instead of managing separate logins.

How to Claim Your Account

Your new OneAccess account setup begins with an email sent to your personal email address on file with ICC.

1. Check your personal email for a message from ICC about your new OneAccess account.
2. Open the email and click the link to go to the account claim portal.
3. Follow the on-screen steps to create your password and complete your OneAccess setup.
4. After you claim your account, use your new OneAccess login for Canvas, Workday, and other supported systems.

Tips Before You Start

• Have your personal email account, that is registered with ICC, open and ready.
• Check your spam or junk folder if you do not see the message from Account Notifications (accountnotify@icc.edu).
• Set aside a few minutes to complete the process without interruptions.
• Choose a strong password that you do not use for other websites.
