The Hub is a resource for current students and employees, use it to find information, view knowledge base articles, and submit service requests.
Steps to Sign In
1. Go to the ICC Hub.
2. Click 'Sign In'
3. Enter your Username and Password. Use Your Network Login/email, Find your User ID/Username or Reset your Password.
- Students: AB123@lab.icc.edu and your network password.
- Students may still have the default password of ICC and the last 5 digits of your social security number. eg. ICC12345
- Employees: AB123@icc.edu and your network password.
4. Click on the 'Sign in' blue button.
5. When logged in you can see your name in the upper right corner. Check Knowledge Base articles or request a Service on the Hub.
