Your OneAccess Account
Didn't get your OneAccess welcome email or need it resent?
Please update your personal email in MyICC: eServices Full Site tile > Profile > Contact Details
OneAccess is a Microsoft 365 account with built-in Single Sign-On (SSO).
Your OneAccess account will be your key to many ICC systems, including:
- Microsoft 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, OneDrive, etc)
- Local ICC Computer Logins (use your ICC username Ie: ab123c)
- Canvas
- Student Email (@icc.edu NOT @lab.icc.edu)
- Workday - Coming Soon
- Campus Solutions (PeopleSoft) - Coming Soon
Tips Before You Start
- Have your personal email account that is registered with ICC open and ready.
- Check your spam or junk folder if you do not see the message from Account Notifications (accountnotify@icc.edu).
- Set aside 15 minutes to complete the process without interruptions.
- @lab.icc.edu is no longer the primary email. The OneAccess email is going to be just @icc.edu when you sign in.
- Choose a strong password that you do not use for other websites.
How to Claim Your Account
Your OneAccess account setup begins with an email sent to your personal email address titled "Welcome to ICC - Please claim your account".

- Check your personal email for a message from ICC about your new OneAccess account.
- Open the email and click the claim button to go to the account claim portal.
- Follow the on-screen steps to create your password and complete your OneAccess setup.
- After you claim your account, use your new OneAccess login for Canvas, Workday, and other supported systems. (@icc.edu)
Use a computer for setup. The account claim process is not mobile friendly. For best results, use a Windows or Mac computer with an up-to-date web browser, not a phone or tablet.
