The purpose of the Reverse Transfer Agreement is to allow former Illinois Central College (ICC) students who have completed at least 15 hours of transferrable coursework, prior to transferring to an Illinois state, public college or university, the ability to apply for an associate degree at ICC.

ICC is committed to maintaining salary levels that are in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Achieving the goals of institutional affordability and also equitable, fair, and market competitive compensation is a responsibility shared by ICC leadership and Human Resources.
This standard describes the criteria and related processes for departments to request and receive marketing assistance for promotions, public relations, major non-routine events, new web design, or significant changes to existing web design. With limited resources, ICC must be strategic in spending human and financial resources for promotional or “marketing” projects.
Per section 3-27.1 of the Public Community College Act, it is the responsibility of the College to purchase the correct item of the desired quality at the best possible price. Purchases of any item, group of items, or services over $25,000 require an official invitation to bid. The award is made to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder. This is the preferred method of public procurement. The invitation to bid is most advantageous when clear, understandable specifications are available.

Developing these calendars and coordinating their alignment are critical for student success.
