OneAccess Password Change

To change your OneAccess or USR password, follow the steps below.

If you are on campus

If you are signed in to an ICC computer while on campus, you can change your password from the Windows sign-in screen.

  1. Press Ctrl + Alt + Delete on your keyboard.
  2. Select Change a password.
  3. Enter your current password.
  4. Enter your new password and confirm it.
  5. Select the arrow or press Enter to save the change.

If you are off campus

If you are not on campus, change your password through your Microsoft 365 account settings.

  1. Go to Microsoft 365 and sign in with your ICC account.
  2. Open your Account or My Account settings.
  3. Select Security info or Password.
  4. Choose Change password.
  5. Enter your current password.
  6. Enter your new password and confirm it.
  7. Save the change.

Important notes

  • Your OneAccess password and USR password are the same password.
  • After changing your password, update it anywhere it may be saved, such as Wi-Fi, Outlook, mobile email, or other ICC services.
  • If you are off campus and your password is expired, you may need to use the Microsoft 365 password reset option instead.
