Before You Start
There are a few steps to complete before you can log in to Workday.
Employee Email
As a student employee, you'll use your employee email to log in to Workday and set up multi-factor authentication (MFA). Your employee email address is username@icc.edu. If you're not sure what your employee email password is, contact the Technology Service Desk for help.
Multi-Factor Authentication
Before you can log in to Workday, you'll need to set up multi-factor authentication (MFA). Download the Microsoft Authenticator app on your smartphone and sign in using your employee email address. Learn more about multi-factor authentication.
