Import Events From File to Outlook

Desktop Outlook

  1. In Outlook, select File Open & Export > Import/Export.

  2. In Import and Export Wizard box, select Import an iCalendar (.ics) or vCalendar file (.vcs), and then Next.

  3. Select the calendar file from your PC and select OK.

  4. Select Open as New. The items are automatically imported into your calendar.

Outlook Web

  1. Locate the calendar you want to add and save it to a folder on your computer as an .ics file.

  2. Sign into Outlook on the web.

  3. Select Calendar Calendar icon

  4. In the navigation pane, select Add Calendar.

  5. Select Upload from file.

  6. Select Browse, choose an .ics file, and select Open.

  7. Select a Calendar to add to

  8. Select Import.
