Your Employee Email
All employees, including Student Employees, have an ICC email address formatted as username@icc.edu.
Reset Your Password
If you forgot your password or can't sign in, follow these steps to reset it.
Need Support?
Go to Employee Email
Go to mail.icc.edu
Click on "Can't access your account" and follow the prompts
Choose Account Type
Select Work or School Account
Enter Your Email
Enter your Employee Email address - username@icc.edu
Follow the prompts and create your new password.
Choose a secure password that is easy for you to remember.
