Institutional Effectiveness

The purpose of this standard operating procedure is to create a standard protocol for planning and executing the college’s Celebration of Learning (COL) events.

The College recognizes committees as essential bodies that help contribute to the development and operations of the College. On occasion, there may be the need to form a new committee or dissolve an existing committee. This standard outlines both procedures.

The purpose of this standard is to support: Effective management of cross-functional projects. Consistent application of change management strategies to support employees through changes. The overall success of change initiatives in terms of actual adoption, usage, and sustainment.
