Staff Who Makes a Difference Award

The Staff Who Makes a Difference Award recognizes employees who have demonstrated exceptional behaviors of excellence at Illinois Central College.

The Awards Ceremony will be held in April 2024 with details to follow.

Selection Criteria:

Any full-time or part-time staff who have demonstrated exceptional behaviors of excellence as defined by the following service principles:

  • Connect first
  • Own the situation
  • Use opportunities to build relationships
  • Go above and beyond
  • Act promptly and professionally
  • Remember to work as a team

Eligibility:

Any full-time or part-time staff.
