The Staff Who Makes a Difference Award recognizes employees who have demonstrated exceptional behaviors of excellence at Illinois Central College.
The deadline to submit your nominations for 2025 is December 31, 2024.
The Awards Ceremony will be held in April 2025 with details to follow.
Selection Criteria:
Any full-time or part-time staff who have demonstrated exceptional behaviors of excellence as defined by the following service principles:
- Connect first
- Own the situation
- Use opportunities to build relationships
- Go above and beyond
- Act promptly and professionally
- Remember to work as a team
