For constructive feedback, we are looking for feedback that is focused on factual inaccuracies or anything that could provide a roadblock for prospective students when applying, signing up for classes, or getting support.
Take the prospective of a student that is interacting with the site with no knowledge of internal process and hierarchies.
For positive feedback, describing in what ways the experience would be improved or how it would impact the student is most benificial.
