Smart Shortcuts

  • Use the Search bar to find emails, attachments, or contacts instantly.

  • Use @Mentions in an email to highlight someone's name and alert them.

  • Pin important emails to the top of your inbox by clicking the 📌 icon.

Organize Like a Pro

  • Create folders and rules to auto-sort incoming messages.

  • Use Sweep (under the “Delete” dropdown) to clean up repetitive emails.

  • Set up automatic replies for out-of-office notifications under Settings > Mail > Automatic Replies.

Calendar Integration

  • Schedule meetings directly from your inbox.

  • Use Categories to color-code events and emails.
