🧾 Why Register?

Registering enables you to:

• ✅ Reset your ICC email password if you forget it

• ✅ Unlock your account if it gets temporarily locked

• ✅ Change your password from any device

🛠️ How to Register for SSPR

1. Go to the Microsoft Security Info page:
   🔗 https://aka.ms/ssprsetup

2. Sign in with your ICC email (e.g. ab123@lab.icc.edu) and current password.

3. Add at least one authentication method:

   • 📱 Phone (text or call)

   • 📧 Alternate email

   • 📲 Authenticator app (Microsoft or Google)

4. Follow the on-screen prompts to verify each method.

5. Once complete, you'll see a confirmation screen.

🔁 Need to Reset Your Password Later?

Go to:
🔗 https://passwordreset.microsoftonline.com

Use the method you registered (text, call, app, or alternate email) to verify your identity and reset your password.

🧠 Pro Tips

• Register more than one recovery method in case you lose access to one.

• You can update your security info anytime at: https://aka.ms/mfasetup

• This only affects your Microsoft email account (Outlook).
  For MyICC or network logins, contact the Service Desk.
