💻 How to Access & Install Microsoft Office 365 (Education Edition)

Current students and employees have access to Microsoft Office 365. This benefit includes the Office Suite including Outlook (email), OneDrive data storage space, Excel, PowerPoint, and more.

 

ICC students have free access to Microsoft Office 365 Education Edition, which includes web and desktop versions of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive, and more.

📝 Set Up Microsoft 365 Education

1. Visit: Microsoft 365 for Education

2. Enter your ICC email address:
   📧 username@lab.icc.edu

3. Click "I'm a student".

4. Fill out the identity verification form (including a code sent to your ICC email).

5. When prompted to send invites, click Skip.

6. You’ll be redirected to your Office 365 Dashboard.

🎉 You now have access to cloud-based apps like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneDrive.

🌐 Use Microsoft 365 Online

1. Go to www.office.com

2. Click Sign in if not already signed in.

3. Enter your ICC email:

   • Students: username@lab.icc.edu

   • Employees: username@icc.edu

4. Use your network password to sign in.

5. Click the waffle icon (☰ 9-dot grid in the top left) to open apps like Word, Excel, or PowerPoint.

⬇️ Install Office on Your Device (Optional)

Once logged into www.office.com:

• Click the "Install Office" button (usually in the top right).

• Follow the prompts to install the full Office suite on your computer.

• Must have OWN license to download suite.
