Reset Your Local MyICC Password

1. Navigate to my.icc.edu
2. Select the MyICC Login tile
   
   
3. Select the option "Log in with your MyICC Username & Password"
   
4. Hit the "Find Username/Reset Password" option

Perform the following steps if you forgot your username

1. Click the Forgot your User ID? link

   
2. Enter the user’s last name in the Last Name textbox
3. Enter the user’s last 4-digits of their Social Security Number is the Last 4 SSN textbox
4. Press the Submit button
   
   Note: A pop-up will appear with the user’s ID Name and the user’s Name

5. Click the Return to Forgot Password button

   

   Note: The user’s ID Name will be pre-populated in the User ID textbox

    

Perform the following steps if you forgot your password

1. Enter the user’s ID Name in the User ID textbox
2. Enter the user’s Date of Birth (MM/DD/YYYY) in the Date of Birth textbox
3. Enter the user’s last 4-digits of their Social Security Number in the Last 4 SSN textbox
4. Press the Reset Password button
   
   

   Note: An email will be sent to the user’s email address used at the time of application (dual-credit student) or the email in your profile (faculty/staff). The email subject is MyICC Temporary Password – Action Required (See Figure 1 and Figure 2 for examples.)

5. Click the Click here to change your password link

   
6. On the Change Password webpage:
   1. Enter the temporary password from the email into the Current Password textbox
   2. Enter a new password in the New Password textbox
   3. Re-enter the new password in the Confirm Password textbox
      
      Note: Minimum Password Requirements:
      1. Minimum Length: 8 characters
      2. At least 1 special character
      3. At least 1 digit
      4. At least 1 upper case
      5. Cannot be one of your last three passwords
7. Click the Change Password button
   
8. Click the Yes button on the pop-up window. This will take you back to the Homepage.
   
9. Log into your account using your username and your new password
