General Operations receives and delivers all items shipped to ICC. Mail Services receives, sorts, and delivers all mail on all campuses. The Mailroom is located in 104A on the East Peoria Campus with convenient hours Monday thru Friday from 7:30 am to 4 pm.
Packages
Package Sign-off
Packages received are entered into a database and must be signed for by the recipient of the package.
Sending/Receiving Guidelines:
- Anything that fits in an envelope may be sent by campus mail.
- Packages and boxes must have a work order completed using Maintenance Connection. That work order is essential to make sure that the tracking system can account for the item. Once the work order is completed, the package will be picked up and delivered by Receiving personnel. Senders must complete a separate work order for each recipient.
- All packages MUST be signed for in order to be left with the recipient. This allows us to track the package by destination, date, and time if necessary.
Pick-Up and Delivery Schedule
- East Peoria Library, Administration and Academic Buildings — 11 am to 1 pm
- AIT Building, Cat Building, and DPET Building — 1 to 3 pm
- Performing Arts Center, CougarPlex, and Land Lab — 1 to 3 pm
- Lawrence and Dirksen Buildings — 1 to 3 pm
- Peoria Campus — 10 am to 12 noon; emergency runs @ 2:00 pm
- Pekin Campus — 9 am to 12 noon (Tuesdays and Thursdays)

Inner Campus Mail Deliveries and Pick-Ups
The mailroom does deliveries and pick-ups between 11:00 am and 1:00 pm. Any mail picked up will need to be processed and will not go out until the next day’s delivery
Time-sensitive mail should not be sent through inner campus mailings
